FAQ
Where is Semily cosmetics made?
Semily is a Russian cosmetics brand built on a blend of science, modern technology, and a deep understanding of real women’s needs. Our manufacturing network covers more than 10 major cities across Russia, while our formulas and production approach follow international quality standards
What are your cosmetic products made of?
Our formulas are created using a carefully selected combination of active ingredients, functional components, and skin-friendly bases. Each product has a full INCI ingredient list on its packaging and product page, so you can always check what’s inside and choose what suits your skin best.
Is your product available only online?
You can purchase Semily products online through our official website. This helps us maintain quality control, provide accurate product information, and ensure safe delivery.
What is the shelf life of your cosmetics?
Shelf life depends on the specific product and is always indicated on the packaging. After opening, please follow the PAO symbol (e.g., 6M / 12M) and use the product within the recommended period.
How should I store the products?
Store cosmetics in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep lids tightly closed and avoid getting water inside the jar or bottle to preserve the formula.
Do you use imported raw materials for production?
Yes, we may use both local and imported raw materials depending on the formula. We select ingredients based on quality, safety, and performance to achieve the best results.
Can I use Semily cosmetics together with products from other brands?
In most cases, yes. Our products can be integrated into an existing routine, but we recommend introducing new products gradually and paying attention to how your skin reacts—especially when combining strong actives (acids, retinoids, vitamin C, etc.).
I had a reaction to the product. What should I do?
Stop using the product immediately and rinse the area with water. If irritation persists or is severe, consult a healthcare professional. If possible, take a photo of the reaction and contact our support team—we’ll help you figure out what may have caused it and suggest next steps.
